Refinery29 is the largest independent fashion and style website in the United States and the fastest growing media company on the 2013 Inc. 500 list. In addition to its global and local newsletter editions and 24/7 original editorial content, Refinery29 connects readers with content, commerce, and community. As the Design Director, I oversaw the creative of all editorial and advertising products, helped launch the mobile site, relaunch the desktop site and implement a new brand identity created by Wolff Olins. I developed the art department with recruitment, structure and process in order to meet the additional creative demands of the growing business.
